1. 基数词
 1) 1-10 one/two/three/four/five/six/seven/eight/nine/ten.
 2) 11-19 eleven,twelve,thirteen,fourteen,fifteen,sixteen,seventeen,eighteen,nineteen
 3) 20-90 twenty,thirty,forty,fifty,sixty,seventy,eighty,ninety
 4) 几十几，先说十位，再说个位，中间加连字符-
  twenty-nine, seventy-seven
 5) 百，千，[万(十个千)，十万(百个千)]，百万，[千万(十个百万)，亿(百个百万)]，十亿
  hundred/thousand/[ten thousand/one hundred thousand]/million/[ten million/one hundred million]/billion
  //十亿后是万亿(trillion)
 6) 三位数表达，先说几百，再说几十几/几十/几，几百与几十几/几十/几之间要用and相连

 7) 三位数以上的表达，每三位分开每隔分别是千，百万，十亿，三位三位的读，读三位后打逗号

2. 序数词
 1) 第1-10  the first/second/third/fourth/fifth/eighth/ninth/tenth
 2) 第11-19 
  the eleventh/twelfth/thirteenth/fourteenth/fifteenth/sixteenth,seventeenth,eightteenth,nineteenth
 3) 第20-90 
  the twentieth/thirtieth/fortieth/fiftieth/sixtieth/seventieth/eightieth/ninetieth
 4) 第几十几，把个位变序数词，十位不变，前面加the
  21 the twenty-first  44 the forty-fourth
 5) 百/千/[万/十万]/百万/[千万/亿]/十亿，直接在后面加th
  the hundredth/thousandth/[ten thousandth/one hundred thousandth]/millionth/billionth
 6) 三位数及以上，前加the，写法同基数词，只把最后一个非零的数变序数词即可
  1)只要个位不为零就把个位变序数词，个位为零十位变序数词，十位为零千位变序数词，以此类推。//前面要加the
  2)中间有多个零的，零前和零后用and相连

3. 基数与序数词变化总结：
 1)基数总结：记住基数的1-10，其它多数都是从这些变化得来
  11-19：多是加teen，11(eleven)，12(twelve)特别，13是(three变为thir+teen)，15(five去e+teen)，但19(nine不去e+teen)，18(以t结尾直接+een)，14/16/17直接加teen
  20-90：多是加ty，变法同12-19，20(twenty特殊)，30变thir，40变for，50去e但，80以t结尾直接加y，90要不去e
 2)序数总结：多是加th，
  1-10，除1(first),2(second),3(third),5和9要去e加th，8以t结尾直接加h，其它都是加th，
  11-19，除12变ve为f加th，其它统统都是基数词上加th
  20-90，统统都是基数词上变y为i加eth，无例外情况
 3)其它总结：
  1(one)，11(eleven)，第1(first)，第11(eleventh)，除第11是规则的加th，基它各不相同
  2(two)，12(twelve)，20(twenty)，第2(second)，第12(twelfth)，第20(twentieth)，第12/20有规则，其它无则
  3(three),13(thirteen),30(thirty),第3(third),第13(thirteen),第30(thirtieth)，基本为thir加teen/ty/eth
  8/18/80 eight/eighteen/eighty 第8/18/80 eighth/eighteenth/eightieth，以t结尾少加了t
  9/19/90 nine/nineteen/ninety 第9/19/90 ninth/nineteenth/ninetieth，除第9去e，其它都不e规则变化
3. 年月日，上午/下午,时间
 1)年月日，先读月和日，再读年。月有专用词，日要用序数词(可省略the)，年用虽用基数词，但两位两位的读
  例1：1999/7/23 简写法：July 23,1999 读法：July (the) twenty-third,nineteen ninety-nine
   //注：这里的the可省，1999要两位两位的读，不能读成one thousand,nine hundred and ninety-nine
  例2：1905/1800读法：nineteen hundred and five/eighteen hundred
  总结：年的读法，中间没零不加and，中间有零加and，英文中年的写法和中文一样，还是写的数字 
 2)上午a.m. 下午p.m. 
  例：There will be no water tomorrow from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m 明天上午8点到下午3点没水
 3)几点钟的读法，通通用基数词，
  1)It is five (o'clock)/It is five past three //5:00/3:05
  2)It is twenty-five to nine/It is eight thirty-five  //8:35
  3)three quarters //三刻钟
 4)几点到几点，可用form..to..，见2
 5)某年某月某日上午/下午几点种，除月日和中文顺序一样，其它顺序同中文相反，先时间，再上/下午，最后月日/年
  例：1984年1月5号上午8点， 英文写法：8:00 a.m. Jan.5,1984，
   读法：eight a.m. Jan the fifth,nineteen eight four
  例2：1983年10月1号下午4点一刻，  英文写法：4:15 p.m. Oct.1st,1983 
   读法：four fifteen p.m. Oct the first,nineteen eighty-three
4. 分数与小数表达
 1)读分数：分子用基数词，分母用序数词，中间加连字符，且分母要用复数形式(分子为1时除外)。
  1/3 one-third 2/10 two-tenths  1/2 a half(特殊) 
  1/4 quarter(特殊) 3/4 three quarters //注：四分之几英文中有专有词quarter表四分之。。。
 2)读小数：统统用基数词，小数点读作point，点前不管多大的数读法基数词，点后多个小数读法同电话号码
  3.4 three point four 0.2 zere point two 4.25 four point two five
  1346.3452 One thousand three hundred and forty-six point three four five two
5. 电话号码
  直接用基数词按顺序读出来，遇到连一起的重复数字也可用double 例：110 one one zero/double one zero
6. 编号即可用基数词也可用序数词，如第几课，几段，几页，几部分
 1)用基数词时名词在前基数词在后，如：Lesson four/paragraph six/Page fifteen/Part Nine
 2)用序数词时序数词在前名词在后，前面加the
  如：the/fourth/lesson/the sixth paragraph/the fifteenth page/the ninth part
 3)编号的数字较大时一般用基数词直接读出来，同电话号码。 如：No.159/Page 215/Room 302
7. 季节(春夏秋冬)，月份，星期
 1)春夏秋冬：spring,summer,autumn and winter
 2)月份：January/February/March/April/May/June/July/August/September/October/November/December
 3)星期(周1-7) Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday/Friday/Saturday/Sunday
